Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULE POLICY
Clients who fail to show up for an appointment, or fail to cancel/reschedule 24 hours prior, will be charged in full for the service! If you reschedule your appointment, please do it 24 hours in advance. With your first reschedule/ no-show/cancellation appointment there will be a 50% mandatory deposit for the service. A second rescheduled/ no-show/cancellation reschedule, will result in a 75% deposit of the service!
CARD POLICY
My policy requires each client to provide their card information with initial contact for services. The only time you will be charged on this card is by not following my cancellation/rescheduling policy. No Refunds!
DEPOSIT FOR LASH EXTENSIONS/ REFUNDS
$100 will be required up front from the initial appointment; the remaining balance will be required at the end of the appointment.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN
